Ramki Sankaranarayanan is CEO of Prime Focus India and President & CEO of Prime Focus Technologies. In his role as CEO of Prime Focus India he is responsible for all operations and business lines throughout India, and as President & CEO – and founding member – of Prime Focus Technologies, he is the leader of the technologies arm, leveraging the digital media services business worldwide.

Ramki brings to Prime Focus with over 17 years of rich experience performing technical, strategy, customer service, marketing, sales & general management roles in the IT industry. Ramki has specific experience in deployment of technology within the Media & Entertainment sector. Prior to Prime Focus, Ramki was the CEO of Subex Technologies, an IT Services player in the Telecom Industry. In the 2 years he spent at Subex, he grew the revenues from USD 12 mil to 26 mil and staff size from 120 to 340. He led the team that built unique IPs for IPTV Service Launch & Operations Support, Automation of the digital content life-cycle management and Digital Signage Content Delivery.

Prior to joining Subex, as General Manager & Head of worldwide sales and marketing in Tata Elxsi for the Product R&D Services division, he helped triple revenues in 3 years developing business worldwide across Japan, Europe, India & North American regions. Ramki also set up the operations of Tata Elxsi in USA and grew it into a Multi-million dollar region and as an Industry Manager – he led the business in the Media Industry in India and established Tata Elxsi as an Innovator & Systems Integrator of content creation tools & systems.

Ramki holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from B.I.T.S Pilani, India and a MBA degree from S. P Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, India.

Ganesh Sankaran heads the R&D, technology development and service delivery operations at PFT.

Ganesh brings in more than 19 years of experience in product development and engineering management. Prior to Prime Focus, Ganesh functioned as the Director of Engineering at Sanmina-SCI, leading hardware and software design teams involved in development of multimedia set-top box and security products. During his stint at Wipro, he was involved in managing large engineering teams for customers such as Bell South and Nortel, both in India and North America. Ganesh spent his initial years in Industrial Automation developing software for steel plants in Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) and Essar Steel.

Ganesh holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from B.I.T.S Pilani, India.

Gurinder heads IT for the Prime Focus group in India. With more than 26 years of experience, Gurinder has worked extensively on evolving innovative delivery models and governance for IT Services. In his previous role as CIO for Steria, he was instrumental in building and operating IT delivery for Steria at global level.

He has previously held leadership roles in organizations like Wipro, CSC, and TataElxsi.

GV is a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) graduate and has specialized in Electronics & Communication from R. E. C. Kurukshetra, India.

Aine Healy is the Vice President and Head of UK for Prime Focus Technologies. She leads the Sales, Operations, Technology and Strategic Business development efforts in the UK for the global digital content services provider and has more than 20 years experience in the Broadcast Operations and Post Production industries.

Prior to joining PFT, Aine spent the previous decade as CEO of Intermission Studio, a state-of-the-art digital facility which she founded in Ireland, and before that, she worked as Broadband Studio Manager at eircom, Operations Manager at TV3 and Head of Transmission at Tara Television. She has also held senior roles at TG4, Orbit Showtime Network and RTE (Ireland’s National Broadcaster).

Ajay is a senior level media and entertainment and information technology executive and entrepreneur, responsible for developing and driving the business strategy for Prime Focus Technologies and its CLEAR product & services in North America.

Previously Ajay was the Advisor and COO for DesiYou, Inc., a company known for providing and distributing content specifically focused on the South Asian culture.

As part of his experience, he has been in the role of Regional Director at SYSTIME, a global business solutions and services provider.

Most notably, Ajay worked as the Executive Director of IT at Twentieth Century Fox, for five years where he directed all IT resource planning, budgeting and operational initiatives with additional focus on IT strategy, business efficiency, competitive market trends, organization design, system integration, emerging technologies, enterprise architectures, and strategic customer/vendor alliances.

Ajay holds an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA, a Masters in Engineering from Ohio University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science in India.

Manish Agarwal brings with him more than 15 years of experience in the broadcast technology space. Prior to joining Prime Focus Technologies, Manish has worked with companies like Cinecita Comoptronics Pvt Ltd as VP- Marketing and Sales and as a Director at Shaf Broadcast Pvt Ltd.

Manish holds a Bachelor in Commerce degree from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, a Diploma in Civil Engineering and a MBA in Marketing from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.

Radhika Chinai is VP – Media Processing services, handling product management, pre-sales and business development for CLEAR led Multiplatform content operation services.

Radhika brings with her more than a decade of experience including a stint as CEO – Content Localization of Words Infocom Pvt. Ltd, which was preceded by an entrepreneurial venture called Media Soft Digital Pvt. Ltd – offering subtitling and close captioning service in the US & UK market.

Radhika holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a specialization in International Political Development from the Oxford University.

Sanjeev manages the Platform Deployment and Support activities.

Sanjeev brings over 12 years of experience. Prior to joining Prime Focus Technologies, Sanjeev worked in the computer software industry and comes with a telecom network management background.

In his previous job at MindTree, Sanjeev was involved with various US based customers and worked on divergent technologies such as Network Management Systems, Optical Routers, and Messaging Systems. He also managed a large India Development Center that designed and developed security products and Multimedia set-top boxes for Sanmina-SCI while at MindTree.

He has worked with organizations such as Robert Bosch and Lucent Technologies.

Sanjeev holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from N.M.A.M. Institute of Technology Nitte.

Atul Saxena spearheads and manages Platform Development for Prime Focus technologies.

Atul brings over 14 years of experience in product development and engineering. Prior to Prime Focus, Atul worked in the Optical startup, Infinera where he developed niche products from concept to deployment in the field of Network Management and Optical Network planning for Infinera Corp.

He has also been an integral part of Wipro, where he worked with the Nortel team for both Optical and Enterprise Products.

Atul holds a Masters Degree in Software Engineering and Telecommunication from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, USA.

Kranti manages the Media Processing Services for Prime Focus technologies.

She brings to the table a rich knowledge in the field of Human Resources with a solid experience of over 15 years.

Prior to Prime Focus Technologies, Kranti has been associated with companies such as Subex, TransWorks, and Technology Media Group to name a few.

She has a Masters in the field of Arts from Andhra University.

Feroz manages all the IT related activities in India. He caters to both the IT needs of Prime Focus and Prime Focus Technologies.

Prior to Prime Focus, Feroz handled the role of VP – IT for Cinemeta Entertainment (a Sony Entertainment Company), a digital Film Exhibition & Distribution company.

With over 16 years of experience, Feroz has performed several IT leadership roles in companies like Epitome Global Services, Hyatt, Godrej Upstream and Compaq.

Feroz has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Marathwada University and is a PMP certified professional.
