We are looking for Application Support Engineer who has a customer first attitude and has worked in the IT application support area for minimum 3 years. The ideal candidate should have worked on the ASP.net application products. Must have previous experiences in handling customer product related issues.
This role will be responsible for outbound sales activities and management and growth of key accounts. Individual will co-develop and implement a comprehensive sales and account growth strategy to create awareness of product offering, generate trial, close revenue and nurture accounts. Role will require consultative selling approach and responsibilities will include analysing customer needs, advising customers on how to implement cloud applications and services into their organization, and solidify long standing relationships.
